Free courtesy shopping service

To make your arrival more convenient, we’ll do some grocery shopping for you as a courtesy! On the day of check-in, we’ll go to the supermarket and make sure everything is ready for you. Please send us your shopping list (up to 15 items) at least 4 days before your arrival. You’ll only pay the total amount on the receipt—the service is completely free, and we’ll take care of everything!

Parking Available in Advance

Parking is available starting at 12:00 p.m. (and even earlier, if possible), and we can arrange for you to leave your car safely in the reserved (underground) parking lot.

Luggage Storage

You can drop off your luggage starting at 12:00 p.m., but you won’t be able to enter the house because the cleaning service will be coming after the morning check-out. However, we can give you the keys, take your documents, and store your luggage so that you can head straight to the beach or go out and about.

Early Check-In

When preparing the homes, we give top priority to families with children under 4 years of age. By doing so, we are often able to let you check in before the standard check-in time.

Beach Services

We have two comfortable beach spots, each consisting of a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs. These spots are available exclusively during the high season. Prices vary depending on the period you choose (month and week). Please contact us privately for detailed pricing information and to check availability for the dates of your stay.

Ready-to-Go Package

Everything you need will already be in the house when you arrive. Bottled water, fresh fruit, pasta, cleaning supplies—whatever you might need will be waiting for you when you arrive. Service: 70 EUR

“B&B” Package”

We’ll bring breakfast right to your villa! Our package includes everything you need to start your day off right: coffee capsules, assorted tea bags, a carton of milk, cookies, a pastry, rusks, and jam. We’ll deliver all of these items directly to your villa. Service: 240 EUR per week and will not be provided in the event of food intolerances or allergies.

Breakfast at Home Package

We offer an exclusive breakfast service, prepared and served directly in your villa. Please contact us privately for detailed information about our offer and the cost of the service.

Romantic Package

A wonderful welcome with champagne, fresh fruit, and chocolate. Service: 65 EUR

Private Chef

Treat yourself to a unique culinary experience: a private dinner prepared and served right in your villa. Our chef will take care of everything, from preparation to service, allowing you to enjoy an exclusive evening in the comfort and privacy of your accommodations. Contact us to arrange your private dinner and discover the available menus. This service is not available for guests with food intolerances or allergies.

B-DAY Cake: A Special Surprise

Let’s make your special occasions even more memorable! We can order and deliver a birthday cake directly to your villa on the day of your choice. This service must be booked in advance. The total cost includes the price of the cake plus €35 for the ordering and delivery service.

Babysitting Service

Experienced staff affiliated with Garden House Lazzerini, available to care for your children. Upon request.

Dog Sitter

Carefully selected professionals who will take expert care of your dog. Available upon request.

San Vincenzo Station

The San Vincenzo train station is located 300 meters from the villa. If you'd like, we'll be happy to meet you at the station and help you get to the villa. This service is free of charge.

Transfer

The Campiglia Marittima train station is just 8 km away, and Galileo Galilei Airport is a 50-minute drive or train ride away. If you'd like a transfer, we can arrange it for you.

Bicycle Rental

Rent a bike from us. 8 EUR per day (Service must be reserved in advance.).

Car Rental

A service to help you find the car that best suits your needs, including transportation from your home to the rental location.

Boat Rentals

To help you enjoy the sea to the fullest, we’ll find the boat that best suits your needs, with or without a skipper and crew.

Always Connected

You can sign up for this service to enjoy an internet connection that stays with you wherever you go. This service includes the rental of one of our wireless modems equipped with a SIM card. 35 EUR / week (This service is available by reservation and subject to availability.).
