Tenuta Casadei welcomes you to Suvereto, in the heart of the Maremma, offering three different experiences to explore the Biointegrale philosophy, stroll through the vineyards, and taste wines that reflect the character of the region.
The Experiences
Picnic in the Vineyard
Vi muoverete liberi tra i vigneti gustando i nostri prodotti tipici che troverete all'interno dello zaino refrigerato che vi consegneremo all'inizio del percorso. La passeggiata didattica vi svelerà, tappa dopo tappa, tutti i segreti di questo ecosistema incantato dove il silenzio è interrotto solo dal sibilo del vento o dal nitrito dei nostri cavalli.
By appointment, you can take a guided tour of our winery to learn about the fermentation and aging processes.
Cosa c'è nello zaino: bread, a selection of local specialties, and a bottle of Biointegrale Casadei wine—either the Armonia red or the Incanto Mediterraneo white.
Discovering Biointegrale
You’ll learn about the Biointegral philosophy as you stroll through the vegetable garden and the garden of heirloom fruits, before reaching the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. We’ll then head down to the cellar to continue the tour and explore the fermentation and aging processes.
We’ll visit the charming barrel cellar before wrapping up the tour in our dedicated tasting room, where we’ll sample three Casadei Biointegrali wines paired with select local products.
Horse-Drawn Carriage Tour
Visiterete la Tenuta in carrozza trainati da Ursula o Ulisse. I nostri cavalli da lavoro, che ci aiutano nelle attività in vigna, vi accompagneranno lungo le varie tappe didattiche in cui conoscerete come la filosofia Biointegrale caratterizza tutte le nostre scelte.
La visita guidata proseguirà in cantina, in anforaia e nella suggestiva barricaia, alla scoperta dei processi fermentativi e di affinamento, per poi concludersi nella nostra sala dedicata per degustare quattro vini Biointegrali Casadei accompagnati da prodotti locali selezionati.
