The area of the house accessible to guests is 350 square meters and is spread over two floors. One floor is at sea level and the other on the first floor.

1 Terrace with dining table, outside kitchen with barbecue, sofas and sun loungers;
1 relax area with a large pool heated to 26 degrees, sofas, treadmill, chaise lounge, changing area;
5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 outside gardens with Mediterranean scrub.
